Stephen J Wallace is a co-founder of Execs & Techs. In 2014 he and Gerhard Schweinitz started BeerOps in Sydney as a networking event for DevOps professionals, blending practical tech discussions with relaxed social connection over sponsor-funded food and drinks.

Since then BeerOps has grown into Australia’s biggest tech networking event series, connecting 50,000+ tech professionals, from engineers to tech leaders, across Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth and Brisbane.

Alongside BeerOps, Stephen runs ExecOps, the invite-only gathering for senior technology and business leaders held on the same night at the same venue, and works directly with sponsors on how to reach both audiences.
